Chocolate, mango and coconut cream cake Recipe from Tarlette...my square baking pan wasn’t high enough so I only ended up with one layer of vanilla genoise. Instead of using lemon glaze as Tarlette, did, I made a mango glaze to finish the cake. I love the combination of mangoes and coconut, reminds me of Chinese desserts. Of course it looks nothing like her wonderful creations but I am happy with the result.
